Our lead UKSCA accredited strength and conditioning coach Pete Swaile has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry.

Our philosophy is to help improve your competence and confidence in the gym. We are proud to use Output Sports sensors in the gym which help objectively quantify numerous metrics which enable you to get more out of your time with us.

PERSONAL TRAINING

1 to 1 personal training in an exclusive space, no other trainers, clients or members distracting your time with us. Includes access to our Capture app where you receive detailed insights and ongoing monitoring of your training.

PARTNER SESSIONS

Spread the cost and come workout with a mate. Also Includes access to our Capture app where you both receive detailed insights and ongoing monitoring of your training.

PERFORMANCE PROFILING AND PROGRAMMING

Our bespoke profiling (testing) sessions aim to give you a detailed insight into your current physical capacities and identify any areas which could hinder performance. Using the Output sports sensors you will receive detailed feedback regarding strength capacities, force production, mobility and stability.
