We currently provide individual nutrition consultations and training and support to local organisations. Our lead coach is MSc qualified in Sports Science and Exercise Nutrition and has worked closely with many local councils and the PGA over the last 10 years. Pete has been working with my son(12 years old)for the last 6 months, primarily golf specific. Henry has really enjoyed it and benefitted greatly even in this short space of time. The sessions are great fun, Pete is incredibly enthusiastic and Henry looks forward to every visit and works hard on his personal programme at home. Great stuff.
