STRONG FOR LIFE.
The Stronger 6 is a small group strength and conditioning philosophy which aims to improve your confidence and competence in the gym environment. Hosted at the Derby Fitness Hub our small group classes contain 6 movements performed over a 6 week training block. These movements are designed to give you exposure to a balanced strength training programme and include 6 main movement patterns, squatting, hingeing, lunging, pushing, pulling and pressing. Our classes are capped at 6 people in order to ensure that you receive quality coaching from our experienced coaches.
We also use state of the art Sports Science monitoring and measuring software which enables us to make sure that you are getting the most out of the training with us.
Strength - Monday 6.20pm and 7.30pm
Strength - Wednesday 6.20pm and 7.30pm
Strength - Thursday 6.20pm and 7.30pm
Conditioning - Saturday 7.30am
1 A WEEK
Our 1 a week package enables you to purchase 6 sessions which can be used over a 6 week training block. Choose from our strength, conditioning or testing classes
2 A WEEK
Our 2 a week package enables you to purchase 12 sessions which can be used over a 6 week training block. Choose from our strength, conditioning or testing classes
3 A WEEK
Our 3 a week package enables you to purchase 18 sessions which can be used over a 6 week training block. Choose from our strength, conditioning or testing classes
