6 WEEK HOME MOBILITY - £20
6 Weeks of mobility routines on our Capture APP. Main focus of this programme is whole body dynamic mobility. Each workout is approximately 20 minutes. Total 4 workouts per week
6 WEEK HOME BODYWEIGHT - £20
Bodyweight strength in the comfort of your own home, no additional equipment needed. Approximately 30-40 mins. Total 2 workouts per week
6 WEEK HOME DUMBBELL - £20
Whole body dumbbell strength routines. Approximately 30-40 mins. Total 2 workouts per week
RUNNING STRENGTH - £20
6 Week base bodyweight strength programme for runners. Primarily leg and core focussed on the physical capacities required for running. Approximately 30minutes per workout. 3 workouts per week
6 WEEK WEIGHT LOSS PLAN - £30
6 Week starting weight loss Programme. Meal plans, recipes, habit setting and bodyweight exercise programme.
6 WEEK BESPOKE PLAN - £45
Have your own equipment or access to a gym membership and want something a little more bespoke ? If so choose this package and we’ll be in touch to set you up with your own routine. Up to 3 workouts per week.
